Summary of Contract Changes / Tentative Agreements - Northern California GFPP

The Guild Negotiation team wants to thank you for all your support and valuable feedback throughout the lengthy 5 months of bargaining. We want to give you a deeper understanding of the current Tentative Agreement (TA). You may have many questions as to why the Negotiation Team accepted the current offer and why the strike was canceled. These insights will help you understand the current agreement and why this is the best outcome that could have been reached.

You will be sent a separate Simple Voting email, please submit your vote for ratification by Friday, December 3, 2021, at 5 PM.
