The Website is for informational purposes, i.e., learn your rights so you may contact the Guild for Professional Pharmacists if something you are encountering is potentially not contract compliant.

  • Do not use this Website in whole, or in part to defend yourself against your employer/management, including, but not limited to, fact finding meetings, disciplinary meetings, suspensions, and/or termination. Instead, please consult the Guild for Professional Pharmacists for appropriate representation.

  • Do not use this Website in whole, or in part for financial, medical, or retirement planning.

Terms of Use

At times, we may open commenting in our blog, forum or chat services.

The following is a partial list of the kind of content that is prohibited in the using these services. You may not post, upload, or display content that:

  • Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against a group or individual;

  • Publicizes or promotes commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes

If we believe you are abusing our Services in any way, we may, at our sole discretion and without limiting other remedies, limit, suspend, or terminate your user account(s) and access to our Service, delay or remove content and/or legal steps to prevent you from using our website Services.


Please note that while we will make every effort to remove content that violates our Terms of Use as listed above (and take appropriate remedial action), our blog, forum and/or chat services will not be monitored at all times, and content that we find objectionable and violative of our Terms of Use, may occasionally be displayed before it can be removed by the Guild.  The Guild disclaims any responsibility and/or liability for such postings, and advises that if you are particularly sensitive to such content you may wish to refrain from use of our blog, forum or chat services.

The data you provide via our Website is important to us and we are committed to take best reasonable efforts to keep your data safe.

How we use your Data

  • We will use your demographic information to contact you and/or provide you information about Guild business

  • We will not sell your email address and personal information with a 3rd party

  • We will not share your email address and personal information with a 3rd party that has nothing to do with our function. For example, we may give your email address to a secure 3rd party, such as Simply Voting to conduct elections.


The information you provide via our website is to:

  • Verify your identity;

  • to communicate with you; and/or

  • for billing purposes

  • From time to time we may collect analytics on web traffic to improve our site.


How we store the data you provide via our website

  • We use Wix ( and 123FormBuilder ( to build our website and create forms - the data you provide via our Website are stored via Wix and 123FormBuilder (see their websites policies for information on how they store your data securely).

  • We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at anytime. We will attempt to notify you of any changes in our privacy policy. Your notification will arrive via the email you registered with us. So, please notify us of any email changes.
