There is an additional step for managers which would be new to pharmacy managers. Kaiser didn't educate the managers or TIME people.
Your manager has to go the second page of the TIME card and identify the weekend shifts with the WDF code. Pharmacy Operations is sending the procedure to managers.
Having become aware of the issue Kaiser is now going to have to go back and do retro for the weekends worked since 6/1/2018. There will be updates about when that is to be paid.
Kaiser again apologizes.
