The 2018-2021 CVS contract has been ratified

The results of the Tentative Agreement ratification voting are:


Yes: 93.8%

No: 6.3%

The contract is ratified and in effect through March 27, 2021. The Guild and CVS are pleased to reach a new contract. The Guild thanks the members of the CVS negotiating committee for their participation, effort, and time. Because of our efforts we got more than CVS wanted to give in tough times.

Full time CVS Guild members have given up and continue approximately 86.67 hours of paid time each calendar year by surrendering their two (2) 10 minute daily uninterrupted rest breaks to the Employer

The Guild and the Employer addressed multiple problems and safety concerns with the Virtual Verification process and the Employer does not acknowledge or agree with the Guild regarding these problems
