The Guild and the CVS Employer discussed lack of time provided to CVS Guild members to complete Module Trainings. The Employer support CVS Guild members complete the Module Trainings in its entirety including reading and understanding the material presented and then answer quiz questions, if any. The Employer does not support policy violations such as having other employees completing the Module Trainings on your behalf using your sign on and password or CVS Guild members completing the Module Trainings by going through quiz questions (prior to reading and answering the material presented) multiple times to obtain the correct answers.
Please inform your local CVS Employer that you need uninterrupted and dedicated work time to complete the required module training courses. If the local CVS Employer fails to comply with your request, please contact the Guild.
